In-Mould Labels
In-Mould Labels are filmic labels that are printed and fused with the outer wall of the container during its manufacturing phase of blow moulding or injection moulding. The labels become an integral part of the container and the containers are perceived to be pre-decorated upon completion. In-Mould labels are comparatively more expensive than other types of labels which is due to its recent entry in the printing industry and hence very few quality suppliers are present making it scarce for bulk orders and secondly the technology is such that it merges the application of label and production of a container in the same process saving time and labour for the user.
